PARIS, FRANCE — Did a grown man pretending to be a woman punch a woman in the face at the 2024 Olympics?

NO.

It was a DSD (Differences of Sex Development) person, assigned to female at birth. DSD stands for Differences of Sex Development. It’s a medical term for conditions where a person’s reproductive or sexual anatomy doesn’t fit typical definitions of male or female. Individuals with DSD might have a mix of male and female physical characteristics, like ambiguous genitalia. DSD is a way to describe the diversity in human biology and can be seen as a natural variation, not a medical problem. It’s important to support and respect the choices and identities of individuals with DSD.

According to external genitalia, Imane Khelif was determined to be female at birth.

But the Algerian boxer has more testosterone than a regular female, as well as a mix of male and female chromosomes. It’s complicated.

But she is not transsexual, as I originally was led to believe by the conservative media.

She was banned from one recent competition for failing the gender chromosome test, so I would not call Imane female or male. I would say truly a freak of nature. But I can see why she was given a female birth certificate if she didn’t have specific male genitalia.

Like I said, confusing. Read more about DSD here.

So, more female than not?

Despite being biologically different, and one boxing match determined Imane to be too masculine in the chromosome department for female competition, the Olympics guides were more lenient and allowed Imane to compete as a female. Read about it here.

Imagine what her parents feel

I don’t have daughters, but I do have sisters and a mom. I can’t imagine being an Italian parent of a beautiful girl who trained her whole life for an Olympic athletic competition, with high hopes of a victory, only to be smashed in the face by a … what some think is a dude masquerading as a chick…I don’t know what to make of this one. Honestly, it’s confusing for me.

If a guy punched a woman on the street, he would get charged with assault and battery. I have seen a video of Imane. Imane has a deeper voice than most women. Looks masculine. Again, it’s trippy.

I originally printed a version of this story that stated Imane was a man pretending to be a woman. I ran off without all the facts.

I was wrong!

I’m still on board with women’s rights

I miss the world where men were decent and polite, and deferred to women. I do my part. I get my wife’s door. I treat her special. I pay for her stuff. She never has to pump gas and rarely has to drive anywhere. She is my angel. My princess. My queen.

I believe women should compete in their sports without men born male who transition to female being in the way. Trans athletes should have their own Olympics. Perhaps that’s where intersex or DSD individuals could compete.

It is not wrong to want to protect women in sports. Title IX anyone?

I pray for all women. God, please protect them.

Men and women of the world, where are you on this issue?

The mainstream press (Wikipedia) is so apparently afraid of another backlash tomorrow (Aug. 3, 2024 when Imane is scheduled to box another female) that they are recommending the Wikipedia page about Luca Harmoni, Imane’s opponent, be taken down.

CLICK HERE for the page as of Aug. 2, 2024 if it isn’t taken down.
