OZARK, MO — Tom Swift is a current teacher at Ozark Middle School. He is being bullied and mistreated by the Ozark R-VI administration under Dr. Chris Bauman (aka Dr. Napoleon).
A meeting April 18, 2019 established that administrators were in cahoots and would definitely not listen to safety concerns about mold and wood dust. Another teacher got sick from mold.
Administrators talked to staff and downplayed the “m word” (mold).
In September 2022, Swift, suffering from mild PTSD symptoms, sent an email to the brass requesting a paid leave of absence until a resolution was reached.
Their answer?
HELL NO!
Not only did they not grant a paid leave of absence, the suits and ties sent Swift a separation agreement the next day, giving him 21 days to agree to a monetary payoff to go away and never talk trash about them again. On top of that, they observed his classroom for 4 and a half hours! It was torture, like the Nazi Gestapo in their high-top boots and gloved hands clasped behind their backs, circling the classroom like wolves, making the students and teacher feel like prey.
NOTE: Swift posted his situation after CCT published part three of his story, with intentions of this being part 4. Because Swift worded his own story so thoroughly, the CCT feels there is nothing additional to add for now… but …
