SPARTA, MO — Saturday, May 3 is the grand opening of Muddy Creek Corral, Sparta’s newest hotspot!
The venue at 7502 State Highway 14 E, Sparta, MO 65753 will open at 11 a.m. for lunch. Live music begins at 2 p.m. with The Good Ole Boys, playing until 4 p.m. Blue Holiday picks up the next slot from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
MO Candy caps off the night from 8 p.m. until midnight, bringing danceable tunes you won’t want to miss!
A quick serve menu includes Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, fish, fries, onion rings, tater tots, and of course, plenty of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from the kitchen and bar.
A dance floor waits for those ready to party!
Other amenities include slots, poker, bingo, trivia, an arcade game and a variety of card and board games, too!
Hours are from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. daily, and until 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday!
Free Parking is behind the building, and across the street at the old bank building parking lot.
“We’ll have a $10 cover for our bands on Saturday nights,” say Music Coordinators Steve Graham and Heather White Diacossavas. Steve and Heather will be featured in their own show, as well as in their respective bands, as well.
Owner Debra Brewster is thankful to the community for allowing her to share her dream. “I’ve always wanted to offer a venue like this,” she said. “I’ve never done anything like this, and it’s going to be incredible!”
Debra, a real estate entrepreneur, and her husband, Bill, a consultant, live in Ava and thought opening a live entertainment venue would be just the ticket for Sparta, which had a great need for night life.
